Dear Children, Parents, Teachers, and Dog Owners,

After my son Benjamin was injured by a family dog in our home town, I learned that dog bites are a leading cause of injuries to children in the United States. Most of those incidents happen near the child’s home, often by a dog the child knows.That’s when I decided to help educate children about dog safety.

Children and adults need to know what to do when encountering dogs and how to avoid dangerous situations.Children love dogs with a passion, they just need to learn to love dogs with caution. Let’s Get Dog Smart together!
